• International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. Customers outside our delivery coverage are advised to self-collect at the collection address stated in the order.

Delivery Process

• Upon delivery, you may be required to sign as proof of receipt. Please inspect the Product for any visible faults, defects, or damage before signing.
• Keep the delivery receipt for future reference in case discussions with us are needed.

Delivery Limitations

• Some products may not be deliverable to certain locations. If this occurs, we will contact you using the details provided in your order and arrange for either cancellation or delivery to an alternative address.
• Products are delivered in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requests are subject to additional charges.

Risk and Responsibility

• Once the item has been dispatched, it is non-exchangeable.
